The International Cupping Society has been set up to bring together cupping / hijama/ Gua Sha practitioners together. It is not intended to provide patients information or to talk about the benefits of the therapy.
Rather its intention is to gather practitioners from across the world to share experiences and knowledge.
So a structured Cupping educational programme can develop, which will be internationally recognised by the medical profession and also to allow us to develop research and analysis into this area. Researches will be encouraged in this field and will be supported and published to the world.
We ask you all to work together with us in this effort and promotion of this great therapy, to has a one voice.
The main Goals are:
1-Develop a well structured and recognized training programs.
2-Make all cupping therapy practitioners and supporters with one voice.
3-Support, Make and puplish well designed trials to gain the support of medical professionals.
4-Develop a professional safety and clincal practice strategy for cupping therapy
